Uzun s\u00fcreli su temas\u0131; beton, \u00e7elik donat\u0131 ve kaplama sistemleri \u00fczerinde dayan\u0131m d\u00fc\u015fmesi, aderans kayb\u0131, korozyon gibi ba\u015fl\u0131ca olumsuz etkileri olu\u015fturur. Bu etkilerin kombinasyonu, zamanla ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sistemin dayan\u0131m\u0131nda azalma, y\u00fczey kaplamalar\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 ve servis \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u0131salmas\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lan\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yaln\u0131zca \u201csu ge\u00e7irimsizli\u011fi\u201d sa\u011flamak de\u011fil, yap\u0131n\u0131n kimyasal, mekanik ve biyolojik bozulmalara kar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnsel korunmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At\u0131k su depolar\u0131, ar\u0131tma tesisleri, end\u00fcstriyel \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131 ve kimyasal proses odalar\u0131 gibi kimyasal dayan\u0131m gerektiren alanlarda suyun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra asidik, bazik veya tuzlu \u00e7\u00f6zeltilerle s\u00fcrekli temas s\u00f6z konusudur. Bu yaz\u0131da, \u00f6zellikle at\u0131k su depolar\u0131nda su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131na odaklan\u0131larak, kimyasal dayan\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nemi, uygun malzeme tipleri ve do\u011fru uygulama ad\u0131mlar\u0131 teknik a\u00e7\u0131dan incelenecektir. Bu nedenle, kimyasal etkilere kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7li \u00f6zel form\u00fclasyonlara sahip yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemelerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve uygulaman\u0131n ulusal\/uluslararas\u0131 standartlara uygun \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi zorunludur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kimyasal dayan\u0131m gerektiren alanlarda yap\u0131lacak uygulamalarda izlenmesi gereken ad\u0131mlar a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00d6N ANAL\u0130Z<\/strong><br \/>\nYal\u0131t\u0131m sisteminin maruz kalaca\u011f\u0131 kimyasal t\u00fcrleri, konsantrasyonlar\u0131 ve temas s\u00fcreleri uygulama \u00f6ncesinde analiz edilmeli ve kullan\u0131lacak \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn teknik bilgi f\u00f6y\u00fcnde (TDS) belirtilen kimyasal dayan\u0131m tablosu incelenmeli; asit, baz, ya\u011f, solvent ve tuz \u00e7\u00f6zeltileri i\u00e7in verilen s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>MALZEME SE\u00c7\u0130M\u0130<\/strong><br \/>\nKimyasal dayan\u0131m gerektiren alanlarda kullan\u0131lacak su yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesinin se\u00e7iminde; ortam\u0131n pH de\u011feri, s\u0131cakl\u0131k aral\u0131\u011f\u0131, kimyasal konsantrasyon, hidrostatik bas\u0131n\u00e7 ve y\u00fczey t\u00fcr\u00fc belirleyici parametrelerdir. \u00d6n analiz raporunda belirlenen konsantrasyon miktar\u0131n\u0131n teknik bilgi f\u00f6y\u00fcnde belirtilen konsantrasyon miktar\u0131ndan fazla olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Yal\u0131t\u0131m sisteminin yaln\u0131zca ge\u00e7irimsizlik sa\u011flamas\u0131 yeterli de\u011fildir; ayn\u0131 zamanda kimyasal bile\u015fenlerle reaksiyona girmemesi, elastikiyetini uzun s\u00fcre korumas\u0131 ve y\u00fczeye y\u00fcksek aderans g\u00f6stermesi gerekir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>UYGULAMA A\u015eAMALARI<\/strong><br \/>\nKimyasal dayan\u0131m gerektiren alanlarda su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131, yaln\u0131zca malzeme performans\u0131na de\u011fil, uygulama disiplinine de ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Uygulama a\u015famalar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hata bile, kimyasal etkilerin yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu ortamlarda k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede sistemde bozulmalara yol a\u00e7abilir. Bu nedenle her ad\u0131m, standartlara ve sunulan \u00fcr\u00fcn teknik bilgi f\u00f6y\u00fcne (TDS) uygun bi\u00e7imde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, yaln\u0131zca bir \u00fcr\u00fcn de\u011fil; y\u00fczey haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan detay \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne, uygulama tekni\u011finden koruma katman\u0131na kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir sistemdir.
